By Metro:
Take the metro to Al Khail Station and then grab a taxi to the beach.

By Bus:
Catch Bus 8 and get off at Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station. From there, take the monorail and alight at Al Ittihad Park.

By Car:
Drive straight to Palm West Beach.

Parking Information:
There’s underground parking available at the beach. The first three hours are free with a minimum spend of AED 100; after that, it’s AED 10 per hour.

‍Cancellation and refund

To receive a refund on your deposit, you must notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity date. If you cancel less than 24 hours before or fail to show up for the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded. Full refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding taxes and bank transfer fees. Refunds typically take 10 to 45 days to process, depending on the issuing bank of your credit card.
