About Sandz
We’re an early-stage startup with a big mission: connecting beach lovers with local businesses in a seamless, digital-first experience. As our Growth Lead, you’ll be at the heart of scaling Sandz from the ground up. If you’re entrepreneurial, data-driven, and thrive on building something from scratch, we want you to help lead our growth engine.

What You’ll Do
Drive User and Business Acquisition: Build and execute growth strategies to onboard beach businesses and attract users. You’ll handle everything from performance marketing to growth hacks that create quick wins and long-term scalability.
Own Key Metrics: You’ll be accountable for driving key growth metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Use data to refine tactics, spot trends, and find new opportunities.
Optimize Funnels: Identify drop-off points and friction in our acquisition and conversion funnels. Run experiments, optimize onboarding, and tweak marketing to boost conversion rates.
Test, Learn, Repeat: Constantly test new ideas across channels—whether that’s paid campaigns, organic content, SEO, partnerships, or something entirely different—and scale what works.
Wear Multiple Hats: As an early-stage startup, you’ll have your hands in many areas—content, ads, partnerships, product feedback—doing whatever it takes to grow the brand.

What We’re Looking For
Startup Mindset: You’re scrappy, hands-on, and comfortable figuring things out as you go. Experience growing something from the ground up is a plus.
Full-Funnel Growth: You have experience with user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue generation across various channels (social, paid ads, email, SEO, partnerships, etc.).
Data-Driven: You make decisions based on numbers and use data to constantly optimize campaigns and growth strategies. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a bonus.
Creative Problem Solver: You know how to think outside the box and come up with creative ways to drive growth without big budgets.
Action-Oriented: You’re not just a strategist—you’re ready to execute, iterate, and get things done quickly.
