The Emergency First Response (EFR) Course at Sky & Sea Adventures is designed to build confidence and competence in rescuing and responding to medical emergencies. Arrival: Arrive at Sky & Sea Adventures, meet your certified EFR instructor and begin the course.
Theory session: Learn the basics of emergency response, including CPR, AED use, and first aid techniques.
Hands-on training: Practice life-saving skills, such as chest compressions, rescue breathing, and handling injured individuals.
Final assessment: After completing both the theoretical and practical components, you will receive your EFR certification.

By Metro:
Take the metro to Al Khail Station and then grab a taxi to the beach.
By Bus:
Catch Bus 8 and get off at Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station. From there, take the monorail and alight at Al Ittihad Park.
By Car:
Drive straight to Palm West Beach.
Parking Information:
There’s underground parking available at the beach. The first three hours are free with a minimum spend of AED 100; after that, it’s AED 10 per hour.
Cancellation and refund
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hour before start date; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
