- Get access to the entire park with a day pass. Skateboards and scooters are available for rent, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun day out.
- For safety reasons, outside food, beverages, glassware, and alcohol are not permitted in the park. Don't forget to carry a valid photo ID for entry.
- Dress comfortably in casual, sporty clothing. Trainers or closed-toe shoes are required. Please avoid flip-flops, sandals, high heels, dresses, skirts, or beachwear for safety.
Age and Health Guidelines for XPark
- Participants must be at least 4 years old to enjoy XPark’s activities.
- Only those who are healthy and feeling good should participate.
- Pregnant women are advised not to take part in the park’s activities for safety reasons.

By Metro:
Take the metro to Mashreq Metro station and hop on bus 81 to Al Manara Enoc Bus Stop, then take a 7 min walk to the beach.
By Bus:
Catch Bus 8, 81, or 88, get off at Al Manara Enoc then take a 7 min walk to the beach.
By Car/Taxi:
Take a taxi/drive straight to Kite Beach, Umm Suqeim.
Parking Information:
There’s parking available at Kite Beach. First 10 min is free and thereafter you will be charged AED 10/hr. Also There is RT
